22nd-Nov-2009 09:55 pm - Bad Dreams and Random
aaron tveit trip van der bilt
So normally I do not dream that often, I think it has to do with not sleeping enough, but anyways I had a dream the other night that it was my wedding day and I was marrying someone who I did not really know. I knew people who knew her, but I did not actually know her. In the dream, I knew I was suppose to know her, but somehow I just didn't. Side note, we were getting married downtown on some street corner, like a big wedding in the middle of the city, which I seemed kind of awesome. Anyways, I think I have been watching too much Charmed lately because it turned out the woman I was marrying was a demon who wanted to kill me. Not sure how it was going to end, but I woke up. Anyways just thought I would share and I think I would rather die single than marry a demon just to not be. I guess that is one distinction my life has from Bella, Buffy, and Phoebe. Hmm, a lot of demon lovers, where's the angel love?

I saw New Moon and loved it! I have to say my only complaint is I found the emails to Alice as a really odd way to communicate Bella's thoughts, but hey there are worse things, but I loved Alice, the wolves, and the Volturi soo much! I think my book club is going to go see it this week too so that should be fun.

Anyways, I just read online that the Thanksgiving episode of GG will not be on until next week. That does not make sense to me, but whatever, I will make due with HIMYM Slapsgiving is back, I am so excited.
7th-Nov-2009 04:18 pm - Smallville: Lois & Clark

My first video is forever I know, but I am busy anyways, Here is my new favorite ship!

I totally gave this show up after season 5 seeing an episode every now and then. Season 8 I watched about a 3rd of it because of the epic Davis & Chloe ship.
So I decided to check out season 9 from the beginning and it is seriously spectacular and better than ever. I am totally on board with the Lois and Clark ship.

They have amazing chemistry and I really get so excited every time an episode comes on. I am officially a Smallville fan again.

Literally the best new show ever, and the only new show I will be adding to my fall line-up regardless of what night it falls on.

The characters are endearing. The script is funny, heartwarming, encouraging, and original.

I cannot wait to see more. It really does make you root for the underdog. The glee members really do represent the inner star waiting to burst out in all of us. Only 3 months or so to wait.  Darn you Fox, and bless you for having a lot of great shows because I remember when I used only watch Fox once a week, and now it is like 3 to 4 nights a week.

Also, congrats to my AI pick of Kris Allen. I pegged him as the winner at my first viewing this season. Cannot wait for the album.

WARNING: RANTING ABOUT WORK, SCHOOL, AND STUPID PEOPLE BELOW.

So I have a group project this week.
We assigned parts.
I was working on mine today.
I went to post it, and someone has done my part.
WHAT!
Am I now going to be docked for not helping out the group when someone else did my part without me?
Seriously, my life is way too busy with the stress to even care anymore.

Does anyone know of a way to purchase more free time because being busy is overwhelmingly annoying? I don't even remember what sleeping is like. Is there like a job out there where you get paid to watch movies, review tv shows, and read books because those are things I miss most?

I can totally see why people work at a coffeehouse or bookstore with their big degrees. I swear if work keeps it up I am applying at Borders or Starbucks.

So the even tyrants in the department with us reported to our manager that those of us that come in at the wee hours of the morning are not actually working until about a half-hour later than our timesheet says. Um, I was so irate. Why is this person who is supposed to be working slandering me and my people? They do not even know what our timesheets say, or what our jobs are. We keep getting extra work/duties thrown on us so they do not even no.

SO JUST CAUSE TO YOU IT LOOKS LIKE WE ARE NOT WORKING DOES NOT MEAN THAT IS WHAT IS HAPPENING. HOW ABOUT YOU DO YOUR JOB OR MAYBE YOU NEED MORE WORK SO THAT YOU CAN STOP SPENDING THE COMPANIES TIME PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT WE DO!

I can take criticism really well because there is something I can improve on, but utter falsehood tick me off because how can you respond to someone who does not even have the guts to confront you to your face? Go back to 3rd grade and tattle on the cool kids because your life is such an epic fail that it makes you feel better.
